Andrew Bergman is one of Philadelphia's most accomplished civic and philanthropic leaders — recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal, City & State Pennsylvania, and national leadership programs as a defining voice in nonprofit advancement, community development, and cross-sector leadership.

His career spans over a decade of transformational results: doubling organizational budgets, securing seven-figure gifts, leading galas that raised hundreds of thousands of dollars, and building relationships with elected officials, diplomats, and global leaders across six continents. He began his career as a national public speaker — delivering 600+ presentations on mental health across 20 states before the age of 25.

A 2024 USA Fellow, Andrew studied global approaches to civic engagement across Europe and Asia, returning with a network spanning six continents and a sharper perspective on what it takes to drive impact at scale.
